    About

A product career grounded in real problems.

I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of technology, people and real-world problems.

My career has spanned New York and London, building products inside a global organization and as a founder. I’ve led enterprise product work within an international firm while also taking GameOn Active from a London sports community into the U.S. market.

At Russell Reynolds Associates, I lead product initiatives across AI, enterprise platforms and analytics. My current work includes leading the product vision and roadmap for a firmwide AI workspace designed to make everyday work easier, alongside building AI tools that help users find information, answer product questions and automate repetitive workflows.

One of those initiatives automated a manual quality-review process, reducing repetitive work and improving efficiency while retaining human oversight where judgment was needed.

Alongside my corporate role, I co-founded GameOn Active, a sports technology company that has grown to more than 20,000 users. I lead product and growth across our consumer marketplace and B2B platform, covering player discovery, organizer tools, payments, facility bookings and expansion from the U.K. into the U.S.

My background is in computer science, but what has kept me in product is the ability to take an ambiguous problem, understand what people actually need, and turn it into something useful.

    How I approach product

Clear thinking, close to the work.

    01

    Start with the problem.

I spend time understanding the user, the workflow and what is actually getting in the way before deciding what to build.

    02

    Make complexity understandable.

A large part of product work is turning complicated systems and competing requirements into something users and teams can understand.

    03

    Ship, learn and adjust.

I prefer putting something useful in front of people, learning from how they use it and improving from there.

    04

    Stay close to the work.

Even at a senior level, I enjoy prototyping, working through product details and using tools such as Figma, Cursor and Replit to move ideas forward.
